TURN-KEY?
There is always a story behind things...
We made the surprising decision to sell in Montauk, (surprising because we have always been here in one way or another) and move to Kauai, Hawaii, full time. We researched the value of our home and assigned a selling price of 3.6 million dollars for our exceptional property.
As we let our decision settle in and we planned our move, we had a thought, or a feeling, I should say. We kept stumbling upon the hardship in imagining one piece being removed from the house we so carefully put together. Antiques were searched for, for years, to be perfectly placed in our home. It took 2 years to find our dinning room table alone. Given this stumbling block, we made our second very surprising decision. We decided to include everything.
We are not moving to an empty home on the other side of town. We are moving to the other side of the planet, Kauai, Hawaii, to our other, very well put together, home. We have been in Hawaii for decades (20 years for Mo and 30 for Lee) and we have a very well established life and extensive hawaiiana antiques which make up the charm of our home there. We have vehicles there, a wide collection of surf and paddle boards, bikes, and anything else you could imagine. We thought it would be fun to totally HOOK UP the family that bought our home. One Family to another.
It goes without saying, you can have the "Trappings" or not. We are happy to deliver the property empty, but we don't know why anyone would do this as "the STUFF" is a gratuitous gift with the property. We feel it was all meant to go together. A Montauk Lifestyle.
